Delete your Compound account

This is how to delete your account in the Compound app and the data that comes with it.

In the app

Open Compound, go to Settings, tap Delete account and confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away.

Without the app

Email brand@compoundactive.com from the email address on your Compound account, with the subject "Delete my Compound account". We will delete your account and data within 30 days and email you when it is done. If you write from a different address, we will ask you to confirm the account is yours first.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.

What is deleted

  • Your account, name and email address
  • Your profile and plan
  • Food, water, weight and workout logs
  • Meal photos
  • Coach chat
  • Notification settings

What is kept

  • Orders placed in our store, which we keep for tax and accounting
  • Purchase records held by Apple or Google under their own policies
  • Anything already written to Apple Health or Health Connect, which you can delete in those apps
