Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about how and when your Compound order ships. Delivery estimates below are typical ranges; exact rates and times are shown at checkout.
Dispatch & Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll get an order confirmation when you check out, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our facility. Orders during sales or new drops may take a little longer to process.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100. Orders under the threshold are charged a flat standard rate calculated at checkout.
United States
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Expedited options, where available, are shown at checkout.
United Kingdom
Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. Import VAT or duties may apply (see Customs, Duties & Taxes below).
Europe
Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Import VAT or duties set by the destination country may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
Canada
Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Duties and taxes may apply on arrival.
Australia
Delivery typically takes 7–16 business days after dispatch. Duties and taxes may apply on arrival.
Rest of World
Delivery typically takes 10–21 business days after dispatch. Availability and times vary by destination, and duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes set by the destination country. These are determined by your local customs office, are not included in the product or shipping price, and are the customer’s responsibility. We can’t predict or cover these charges.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Additional Information
- Delays: weather, carrier issues, customs, and peak periods can occasionally affect delivery times beyond our control.
- Address accuracy: please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges to resend.
- Lost or stolen packages: if tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate your order, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
