Refund & Return Policy
Built to last — and if it’s not right, we’ll make it right. Here’s how returns and refunds work.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for a refund or exchange.
Condition
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging. We can’t accept items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage not present at delivery.
How to Start a Return
Email support@compoundactive.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return, and we’ll send you return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Let us know when you start your return and we’ll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
Final Sale
Items marked Final Sale (including certain clearance items) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
International Returns
For orders shipped outside the U.S., customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any duties or taxes. Original duties and taxes are non-refundable.
