What Pre-Order Means
A pre-order lets you lock in an item — and your size — before it’s back in stock or before a new drop ships. Our best pieces sell out fast; pre-ordering guarantees yours is set aside the moment it’s ready.
Estimated Ship Dates
Each pre-order product lists an estimated ship window on its product page. These are our best estimates, not guarantees — production and inbound shipping timelines can shift. We’ll always email you if anything changes.
Payment
Pre-orders are charged at the time you place the order. That payment is what reserves your item, so you’re first in line when it arrives.
Mixed Carts
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the whole order ships together once the pre-order item is ready — so it arrives in one package. If you’d like your in-stock items sooner, email us and we’ll split the order where possible (additional shipping may apply).
Changes & Cancellations
Need to change a size or cancel? Email support@compoundactive.com as soon as possible. We can adjust or cancel any pre-order before it enters fulfillment.
Delays
We hold ourselves to the dates we publish. If a pre-order is significantly delayed, we’ll let you know by email, and you’re welcome to cancel for a full refund at any point before it ships.
