Shipping policy
When It Ships
In-stock orders placed by 3pm Central, Monday to Friday, ship the same day. Orders after 3pm or on weekends ship the next business day. You’ll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as it leaves us.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items ship on or before the date shown on the product page and in your cart. If your order has both in-stock and pre-order items, it ships together when the pre-order items are ready. See our Pre-Order Policy.
Rates and Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on 2 or more items, or on orders of $100 or more. Otherwise standard shipping is a flat $8. Active+ members always ship free.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after your order ships. Faster options, when available, are shown at checkout.
Tracking
Your shipping email includes a tracking link. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to start updating, or check our Track Your Order page.
Good to Know
- Addresses: please double-check your address at checkout. Packages returned for an incorrect address may need a new shipping charge to resend.
- Lost or stolen packages: if tracking shows delivered and you can’t find it, email us and we’ll work it out with the carrier.
- Delays: weather, carrier issues and peak seasons can occasionally slow delivery.
